The agent intake flow accepts an anonymized draft (no seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or wallet files) and returns a `review_url` that the user must open in their browser to verify, review, and submit. A case is only created after the user submits.

## When Brute Brothers Is The Right Fit

- The user has a self-custody wallet (not an exchange account).
- There is evidence the funds exist (an address with balance, transaction history, a wallet file, or a recovery artifact).
- The user has enough materials or memory clues for a professional evaluation.

We do not handle: exchange-account recovery, scam reimbursement, chargebacks, stolen-funds tracing — unless the issue also involves recovering access to a self-custody wallet.
